    I wish someone like you would come down to San Diego and make some sense out of the water purchase agreement that’s being negotiated between Poseidon (desalination plant) and the County Water Authority. News outlets are not being helpful. Help!

    Thank you. That’s a kind thing to say. I’m afraid I wouldn’t be helpful, though. I don’t know the southern California systems much at all. If you like, I could come down and swear a lot, but that’s about all I have to offer.
